Freeform Drag and Drop Submit Button Issue

Hi all-

I am working on a prototype for a client and am having a weird issue I hope you all can help me solve.  I have a convert to freeform drag and drop slide that I created which has 5 objects, and 1 drop target.  The idea is that residents need to drag the correct icons to the box and hit submit to check.

So, 3 of the 5 icons are correct.  The other 2, if dragged to the box, trigger incorrect.  All works as expected until I try to drag 4 or 5 icons to the box.  When I exceed the expected number of correct icons (3) - the submit button stops working.  It's as if the slide is only looking for 3 items max, regardless of their correct/incorrect state.  I can drag any combination of 3 items to the box and it works, but if I try to put more than that, no dice!
