I have a problem with a pick many freeform slide and a custom layer I built. I replaced the built in "correct," "incorrect," "Try Again" layers with a custom layer containing images and audio that come up if an incorrect answer is picked from the five possible choices. My custom layer has a Try Again button that I've activated to bring the user back the the exercise. The problem is that when I go back to try again, the incorrect answer is still selected and I can't deselect it without triggering the 'incorrect answer layer.' Help please!
How do you have the slide properties set? You may need to set it to:
Reset to initial state: Use this option if you want the slide to always reset to its initial state when learners return to it. It'll restart from the beginning of its timeline, and interactive objects will return to their initial states.
