Hello all... I've converted the slide in the attached presentation from a Pick Many to Pick One freeform, and now it just doesn't function at all. When previewed, a clicked button changes state to Selected, but can't be moved to the Selected position.
I need to get this training finalized and released today. Can someone point me in the right direction please? Thanks!
What object do you want the user to click to make the selection?
Currently have the responses in the form view to be the statement not either of the clickable ovals so to me it wasn't intuitive I was trying to click the ovals to make the selection
Also SL doesn't like you changing the names on the feedback layers so Correct! and Almost! won't work - change them back to the original names Correct and Incorrect (the content on the layer can be anything you want it's just the naming of those layers) and it works as expected
Hi Wendy - thanks for the help! This slide was built by someone else from a template. I did figure out the Correct/Incorrect layers, and now it makes perfect sense that the sliders wouldn't move. I had converted the slide from a Pick Many and thought it just didn't like the conversion - but now it all becomes clear!
It's great to know there's help available on short notice. I'm fairly new to Storyline and have found great information here every time I've gotten stuck - but this one had me baffled. I had no idea that was was selected in Form view controlled what was available to be selected, so I automatically chose the statements... but it makes perfect sense. Thanks for the quick turnaround. :)
