I'm at a loss with this issue. This should be a simple pick one quiz that displays a feedback layer (one of 4 options, assigns some points and then branch to Next Slide).
For some reason, it's not working and I have no idea why?!
Help! I've attached the .story for any wiser wizards than I :)

I've checked your file as well and all working for me.
Thank Ron & Wendy, it seems importing the file into a new project then publishing that fixed the problem. Not sure how, but at least it's working!
We tend to ask fewer questions when all is well :) Glad that the import was able to assist you.
