Freeform "Pick One" won't submit after first attempt

without seeing your file, could it be the trigger order that is an issue?  It is a huge file to download - could you just upload the slide with the quiquestion  on it?

this slide by itself is bigger than your whole file above.  Did you create a new project file and import just that file in or do a save as and then strip everything else out - if you did the latter it retains a lot of junk and keeps the file size...bizarre I know.

I did the latter, here it is in a new file. Some of the states became misaligned when I coped it over, but we can ignore that for now.

sometimes there is a corrupt file that can be fixed by importing your story file into a new file.

Ok..I published and it works as expected for me in Firefox, Chrome and IE.  Which browser are you using?

I deleted the first file I uploaded because that file included the workaround I added, which reset the slide to the beginning after clicking "Continue" for each incorrect answer choice. The latest file I uploaded is still not working for me. I'm on a mac and tested in Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Please check the latest file I uploaded if you haven't.

I checked the quiz.story file you uploaded 15 mins ago is that the one you mean?

Here is the zip published output file that appears to me to work as expected.

Hmm, ya that's definitely not working for me on Mac or PC...

The first "submit" works, but then none after that.

Any idea why that would be?

will you be deploying through an LMS?  If so I would test it in ScormCloud (an industry standard) and if it works in there it might be something in your browser settings. 

Sorry I can't help anymore but I can't replicate your issue.  Maybe you need to log a support call

Hi, Jacqui - I see that Wendy is assisting you here! To reiterate, there are a few things you can try to address common issues. Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. 

In addition, it's a good idea to make sure that you are using the most recent update of SL2. Please see here for information on Update 5. Feel free to let us know if you are all set or if you still need additional assistance. :)

updating to the latest Storyline seemed to fix a bunch of issues. Thanks
