Freeform question hotspot issue

Hi, I have created a freeform question, added hotspots, and have selected which choices are correct. It does not allow me to select feedback by choice, but this webpage (https://community.articulate.com/series/storyline-360-working-with-the-question-editor/articles/articulate-storyline-360-user-guide-how-to-choose-feedback-and-branching-options) suggests that I should be able to. Also, when I then preview the question, nothing appears when I click on any of the hotspots, and I cannot submit as I apparently have not completed the question. My storyline seems to be up to date, so am hoping someone can tell me how to fix my issues!

Thank you for reaching out! That is odd that you are not able to adjust the Feedback options. May I ask what does happen when you try to adjust the Feedback settings? Is that option grayed out?
You can check these settings by navigating to the Design tab >> then click on the dropdown next to Feedback:
If that option is grayed out, may I ask if you could share your file for further troubleshooting? You can share files in this thread or you’re always welcome to share them privately here. We'll let you know our findings and will delete it after having a closer look!
