Freeform questions

Nov 28, 2012

Hi,

Can someone please tell me what a Freeform question actually is?  First I thought that a freeform question was responses to a question presented as images but then I noticed that there is a Text Entry Freeform question to now I have no idea what a  Freeform question actually is!  Are these types of slides marked and do they contribute to the users pass or fail mark?

Thanks

Jodie

So the thing that makes a free form question different is that it is meant to be used on a slide that already has content on it. Let's say you have a slide with content already developed then want to use that same slide as a quiz type question. Rather than having to redevelop it from scratch, you duplicate that slide and press the "convert to free form" button and voila you have a quiz question.
