Freezing During Recording Sep 21, 2014 By Amy Herman Hi all -- I am trying to record my screen and get to the countdown, but the software freezes when the countdown reaches 1. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm using Parallels and I've completely restarted my computer like 3 times already. Hope someone can help, Amy
