Frequent "Articulate Stopped Working" Errors

Hi all,
It pains me to ask the question, but we have seen a dramatic increase of late with the occurrence of Articulate Storyline crashes. We have also started using Replay this week, and sadly it is playing the same nasty game with us.
Thankfully we have backup's in place for when this occurs (auto & frequent saves) however, the time consumed in the product freezing and having to reset is very quickly mounting up - our deadlines are looming faster than we can reload.
Is anyone else also experiencing this issue, and does anyone have a possible solution?
We are reaching out to support too, but due to our geographical location we find the solution is often achieved much quicker in this forum than the support staff can get back to us.

Hi Kelly! Smart idea to also open a support case. Our engineers are rockstars at troubleshooting this kind of thing.
