frequent audio crashes

I'm swapping out voiceover tracks from the scratch audio to the professional audio i had recorded. storyline has crashed 3 times with me doing all this audio work this afternoon. it never was this bad until the update. is anyone else experiencing this?

Hello Randy,

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this.

Please try the following:

  1. Make sure your project files are located on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior.
  2.  In case there is an issue with the file itself, importing your file into a new Storyline file way may help resolve the issue. You can view this tutorial on importing files from Storyline to Storyline. 
  3. If it's still performing erratically on your local hard drive, repair Storyline.
  4. If the issue persists after repairing Storyline, follow the steps below for your version of Microsoft Windows to uninstall/reinstall Storyline and repair its supporting software.
