Frozen in Storyline 3

Hi, Rita! Really sorry Storyline 3 is freezing on you; I'd love to lend a hand!

A few questions to start:

• What version of Storyline 3 are you using?
• Does the freezing happen if you open a new Storyline file, or does it only happen in this particular one?
• Have you had a chance to conduct a simple repair of Storyline 3? It just might do the trick ☺️

Thanks so much for your response, Katie - but it's all good now. (I'm using 3.4) Last time i ended it in Task Manager it was a while before i got back to it - and before i opened it i deleted other versions of the project on my desktop - when i got in it was not frozen - but i deleted all of my unused Storylines anyway. 

i never opened a new one, so don't know if that would have frozen too.

We've had an issue like this, oddly cause by grouped images on the following page, if you have any try ungrouping them.   No idea why this is an issue but one of the Articulate staff told us to try it and it worked. 

Well, that's interesting. it's working fine for the time being, but i will definitely keep that in mind.
