Frozen Slide & Magnified Slide

Hi,

Can you please help?

I have created a 66 slide course in Storyline which includes a Video and View Scene. I have made additional text changes to the View Scenes.

On one particular slide the player just freezes. I have tried to copy and paste the same slide from another version of the same course, however whenI paste the slide in, it appears to be magnified and I cannot shrink it to the "fit to window".

My main concern is where the course freezes at one particular slide - can you please help?
