Frozn screen when saving a recording

I made an hour recording in Articulate 360. After I stopped recording, a dialog box appeared with an "Insert" selection. I selected. It was processing the insertion for over an hour and a half. After the insertion was accomplished, then another dialog box appeared with a "Save" selection. I selected. After another hour, it stopped and screen was frozen. I couldn't get my cursor to move either. What is happening? Do I need to uninstall and re-install? THX, Coni

So sorry you're stuck! I'm glad you were able to successfully save the file, though. Is it saved to your local hard drive?
