FTP Problem

Hi

When I try to use the upload function after publishing storyline, I get the following error (I'm translating from German):

"the input characters have the wrong format"  ("die Eingabezeichenfolge hat das falsche Format").

what is the problem??? my login credentials are finde, the port is correct. any ideas?
