Full screen

Is there is a way i could make the mp4 videos that's showing on the mobile phone that I have created to be viewed in fullscreen.

Basically the idea is to just have the section of the video in full screen when the user click the screen and can return to normal on click again

or 

Another option I've created is the same video on a duplicate layer in full side but would like the video to continue from where the last section stopped if the learner click on full screen icon rather restart the video from the beginning. 

I hope this make sense if anyone can help would be great.
