For some reason when I go to capture a simulation, I have the option of full screen, not "Select a Window". My team does not have this option. The reason I am thinking they need this is because when they capture screens it reduces it to a 1/3 of the screen. Can you help me fix the problem.
I'm happy to help. I recorded a short screen recording of what this option looks like on my end. You'll see that after choosing Select a Window, I can highlight different windows. It sounds like you're missing this option on your end.
Which version of Storyline are you using? Also, is it possible for you to record a short Peek of what happens on your end?
