the structure of story.html files from SL2 to Articulate 360 is changed. Before it was possible to change these values without having to republish the production:
var g_strScale = "show all"; // noscale | show all
var g_strBrowserSize = "default"; // default, fullscreen, optimal
The structure of the published output did change as we rewrote the HTML5 publishing engine. As for the changes you're looking to make, I'll defer to the community for their expertise on that as it's not something that we can offer support for.
