I'm sorry you've run into this error! Our team is investigating this bug currently and it would help to know what version of Storyline you're using. You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline".
We'll keep you posted here once we have more to share, but in the meantime, you can reset that trigger panel by switching slides or undocking it and redocking it back. Hope that helps!
Thanks, Gilles for those screenshots. I can see you're on the latest update which is good. Did this only start happening after you installed Storyline 360? Does a reboot of Storyline resolve the issue?
Our team has seen some inconsistent results when testing this and determining the root cause, so it would help to know anything else about your set up and environment as we try to pin this down.
Are you using more than one monitor?
What's the screen resolution/display for each monitor?
Are you using more than one monitor? NO just One MACBOOK PRO 15" What's the screen resolution/display for each monitor? Maximum What Windows version are you using? Windows 7 under VMWARE FUSION Last Version Anything else to share you can think of? NO
Thanks, Gilles for that info! I know a bunch of folks have only seen it with multiple monitors involved so especially curious that you're only using one monitor. Do you have that sample .story file you can share with us in case there is something specific in that file?
Ashley, I am running Windows 7 and have VMWare Player installed, although I am not running 360 inside VMWare. Just another possible common variable, wondering if VMWare being installed has something to do with it.

Great news, Gilles and Michael!
Remember when text would overlap in the triggers panel? Well, that issue is now fixed in Update 3.30.19518.0 for Storyline 360!
