I added a layer transition effect to the 'More' hotspot, the fly in/out animation work fine. But if i accidentally hover my mouse on any of the 4 menu items at the bottom, i lose my layer..can i prevent that? i only want to close the layer when the x button is clicked. Thanks
Since I updated to the latest Storyline update 2 days ago (18/08/14) I have encountered a variety of layer related issues and have lodged a report with the support team.
John, take a look at this suggestion. I copied the buttons from the master slide, and stripped off all their triggers. Then I simply pasted those "dummy" buttons on the layer. They look the same, but won't open the layers on your master slide.
