Fuzzy screen recording in Storlyine

I've read a lot of threads about fuzzy screen quality but all of the ones I've been able to find are regarding videos that were imported into the presentation and recorded using some other software. I'm using the recording software in Storyline (the "Record Screen" function) and I can't get a clear recording even before I publish. I've tried changing the aspect ratio, changing the player size for optimization, recording the presentation on a different screen (i use 2 displays), re-sizing my browser window to fit the exact ratio (instead of stretching the recording window) and I just can't get a clear recording. Any tips? Thanks in advance!

So I did a few more tests and realized i needed to update my screen resolution. This seemed to fix the fuzzy output problem.

Hi Stephanie, What was your original setting? I sometimes have the same problem.

It was originally set to 1280 x 720 and I changed it to 1600 x 900.
