I'm assuming that your score is set up as a variable that is calculated as you move through the slides. I'd set up my master slide with that variable. To do that, go to View/Master Slide. Then Insert/Text Box. Draw your box. Then Insert/Reference, and choose your variable to be inserted into the textbox. Format as desired.
Then every slide that uses that Master will show the latest value of the variable.
