Garbled Text in Popups

Hi have 360 and I am getting garbled text in the feedback popups namely the Invalid Answer and Resume pop-ups (see in attached pic). I first noticed this with correct/incorrect feedback when setting up a question slide but I was able to get around it by changing the font to arial in those cases. But now I have it other pop-ups I cannot access. I went to the Feedback master and changed the font to arial there but this did not correct the garbled text issue- what is going on here and how do I stop and correct this issue?

Hi Susan
check the Design Tab Fonts option and see if Modern Text is checked or unchecked and if toggling that makes a difference.

Thanks Wendy - in another discussion about this it mentioned selecting Modern Text on slide master under Fonts- I did that and now the garbled text is gone from the popups -yay!
