I'm having a strange issue in Storyline. I'm using the Vibrance template (which I believe is part of the default template content library). When previewing the media interaction slides I am seeing what I'm describing as "garbled" text.
The text looks fine in Storyline (see OK screenshot) but when I preview the text is not what it should be (see Preview - garbled screenshot).
This appears to only be happening on my machine - I got a colleague to open the same file and preview the same slides and it looks fine for him. I tried rebooting and updating Storyline to the latest version, but I'm still having the problem.
Are you only seeing this when using the Vibrance template? All other templates are working fine? Can you also check that you're following along with the best practices here?
Lastly, have you changed the font at all on the slides?

Do you notice a difference if you turn on Modern Text? Go to the Design tab, click the Fonts drop-down list, and check Use Modern Text.
