Gathering aggregate data for quiz questions

We have launched a project developing 50+ courses, most with 3-5 assessment questions. The courses will be uploaded to an LMS. 

We have added code that will track the usage of each course and the time spent on slides, etc. Is there a way to tease out the data related to the assessment questions? We would like to determine if there are certain questions that have a higher rate of incorrect responses, and potentially rewrite the question or the course based on the information.
