Gathering feedback from learners within a course

Feb 27, 2017

Hi folks,

Myself and my team are hoping to start to implement a process where we can gather feedback from our users within the eLearning courses that we develop.

I was hoping to use the 'Likert scale' feature from within Storyline and then collect and analyse the data that we receive from our learners through our LMS - however I am struggling with succeeding with this approach?

Has anyone else successfully managed to implement such a strategy? If so, how?

We are hoping to not have to link our learners to an external site such as Survey Monkey to collect such data.

Many thanks,

Michael

Hello Michael and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)

Could you explain a bit more about the struggle you are having with the Survey Questions within Storyline? I know that I've seen some users mention that tracking does not work as expected. This previous thread has some good conversation/links to other resources if you'd like to take a look.

As far as Survey Monkey, you could utilize this as a web object, which will embed them right in your Articulate Storyline courses. To learn how to use web objects, see this tutorial.

Hopefully others in the community will chime in with their experience/best practices as well.
