Generating form based on user input

I am completely new to creating Storyline projects and elearning in general. I am in the design phase of a new course and would like to know if I can plan on creating a printable page based on user input. Part of my course involves the user doing some detailed planning of specific follow-up tasks, and I would like to have them enter text within the course and, after several steps of planning, offer them a two-page, "Here is your personal plan"-type document for printing. The user's input would be slotted into a pre-formatted document.

Ideally, I would like to be able to do other things with the document, such as email it to the user or save it within the LMS or even our CRM. My organization uses Moodle for LMS and Salesforce for CRM.
