I tried finding an answer in the forums, but unfortunately wasn't succesful so here we go :)
I am trying to get an object to appear wherever on the slide you click. Meaning you click left and it appears on the left side, you click on the right side and it appears there, you click on the bottom and it will appear there.
Been thinking about that for a while now and can't come up with a solution for it. Any ideas? :)
You could create a grid of transparent objects and use motion paths to move an object to the 'square' of the grid you clicked on. That at least would allow you to position an object in the proximity of the mouse click. It wouldn't be pixel perfect though.

Hi Michael,
actually did it that way and it worked. Thanks for the idea!
Only downside is that depending on the grid-size it is quite slow - which is logical, more boxes, more triggers, more time to compute.
After decreasing the number of boxes it worked great!
Thanks again!
