Getting rid of play arrow on iPad

Hello.

I am trying to get content to work on the iPad with some specific requirements:

  1. No Articulate Player on iPad
  2. Runs in iframe, not popup
  3. Launches straight into course at start (no "play" button at start of course - see attachment)

It runs from an LMS and I publish with HTML5, no player.  I tried uploading to SCORM Cloud and have the same issues.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

Hi Alison,

There isn't a way to remove that play button as it's a part of how the course needs to launch and start within the HTML5 output in mobile safari. This is based on the mobile Safari browser and inherent limitations that impact how multimedia operates and the overall performance of HTML5 content. This can include having to push the play button to start media.
