Getting slides to replay

Hi everyone and Happy Friday!

I'm trying to figure out how to make a slide replay it's timeline when it gets to the end instead of moving to the next slide?

I've designed the slide to look like a 'home page', so I only want the slide to advance when a use clicks one of the buttons. However I can't seem to find the option or answer?

The slide (home page) is designed to look similar to the Windows 8 tile interface, so the buttons animate with info sliding in and out.

Ideally I'd like to have the animations keep playing until the user chooses an option to move on.

Is this possible in Storyline?

I hope that makes sense?

Hi Stu,

Welcome to the forums! If you want the entire homepage slide to replay, all you need is a trigger that says:

Jump to slide [the same slide you are on] when the timeline ends.

I've made a sample for you based on your image, adding some random animations. Is this what you were looking for? You can decide how long you want the timeline to be before the slide replays. The example is set to 5 seconds, but you can set it to whatever you want.

If there is information that you do not want to replay, then it gets a little more complex. Let's see if this works first.
