Getting Started on Articulate

Help!

I can't even get into Articulate.  I have a Mac, so I downloaded Windows 10 by using Boot Camp.  Then I signed up for Articulate's free trial.  I went through the sign up process smoothly by entering all my info and creating a password.  I was sent to the Account Profile page and downloaded Storyline.  I was able to access the first page and even began creating a slide project.  After a while, I signed out and rebooted my computer.

Now when I sign in I am brought back to the Account Profile page, not the first page where you create projects.  And I can't find any links or icons connecting me to it.  It does have a link to download Storyline, but I already did that and it won't do it again for me.

I'm stuck in the Account Profile page and I can't get out!  Any suggestions?

Hi Berkeley,

Storyline is a locally installed software, so once you download it from the Articulate site, you'll launch it directly on your Windows computer with no need to visit our website again.

It looks like you started a trial of Articulate 360, so Storyline 360 is one of the award winning authoring tools available.

One way to launch your authoring apps is to open the Articulate 360 desktop app by clicking the icon in your computer’s system tray (by the clock) and then click the Open button for the app you want to use. (When you click the Open button for Studio 360, you’ll see a menu where you can choose Presenter 360, Quizmaker 360, or Engage 360.)

This tutorial should provide you some more detail and guidance, and if you're not sure where the Articulate 360 Desktop app went, you can always search the Windows programs for it.

You can also access the web-based authoring apps, such as Rise 360, directly from the Articulate 360 homepage which is: https://360.articulate.com/
