Getting white text in Notes when using light modern player

Greetings all,
I'm having difficulty with getting notes to show up in black when I'm using the light modern player in Storyline 360. I know that others have had trouble with white text in notes. but I'm wondering if using the light modern player is particularly quirky.  

Any wisdome you can share would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Judith. So sorry that's happening!

I'm having a little trouble recreating the white text in the Notes panel when using the Light Player Theme, so I'll need your help.

  • What Storyline 360 update are you using? To find this detail, click on the Help tab > About Storyline.
  • Do you see the color issue during Preview, after Publish, or both?
  • Would you mind sharing a sample slide with me so I can take a close look? You can send the Storyline .story file to me privately via this upload link.
