Hi there ... here's my problem. I'm trying to publish to video from Storyline and am experiencing flashes or glitches during animations. I've looked at the troubleshooting checklist and have moved all my files onto the C drive on the Parallels side of my Mac. It's not the graphics that are misbehaving, rather the embedded icons and words that are flashing as they animate. What have I done wrong? Here's one of the files.

Hi Vincent and Heinee ... I've been working with Angelo Cruz on this issue and haven't found a solution yet. The case # is 02243604 if you want to have a look at the things we've tried thus far.
Hi Heinee ... it appears that it was a software bug. I went back to a January version of Storyline and was able to render my videos without glitches. Happy days. Hope this works for you as well.
Sounds good. Vincent. Is there a time frame as to when it will get fixed? Thank you Ellen for helping out with the resolution of this problem and sharing what you have learned from the team at Articulate. Very beneficial for a lot of people who are having the same problem.
With your permission, I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
Thank you Leslie. I had already sent my file to Vincent Scoma. He must not have gotten it. I will resend the file. Please let me know if you receive it.
They provided a work around but I had already reverted to a previous version (before January) and that seemed to do the trick. The work around also involves publishing in lower quality which is not ideal. It's been logged as a bug so hopefully it gets worked out.

I'm having this same issue and have submitted a ticket. Bit time sensitive on my end, was anyone's tickets resolved?
