There is definitely a better way! Using a file that already has a glossary, create a Storyline template. You'll want to start a new story from the template for the glossary to appear in the player. If you import the template into an existing story, the glossary won't appear there.
What if you want to use one course's glossary in another course, both of which are already developed? How do you copy/move a glossary over to another course?
