If I understand it correctly, you intend to change the font size of your Project/Transcript Title and Glossary. In the meantime, this is not a feature yet and it would be great to send a request to Articulate's team of hardworking developers. All the applications of Articulate continuously improve and update and we (users) are given opportunity to see these developments.
For your specific inquiry, I have a workaround to share and I hope that this gets your objective fulfilled. You can change the Classic Player font size by following these steps:
Click on the "Player" button > "Properties" should show right after > Choose "Colors & Effects" somewhere at the top right side > Choose "Font" (at the lower left side) > You can set the "Player font size" in percentages (%)
