Hi, I have got both Glossary and Resources, I have selected them in the "player" and I have them ticked And that they are in the right place (top right side) but when I publish my course I cannot see them... what am I doing wrong? (Scorm 2004)
Hi Rukhsana. I would recommend also testing your course on the SCORM Cloud to see how it behaves in an LMS testing environment, if you haven't already done so. Here are some LMS troubleshooting steps, including SCORM Cloud testing.
If it is still malfunctioning in SCORM Cloud, can you share your file with us to do some testing? You could attach the .story file in your reply, if you'd like.
Thanks for reaching out here, sorry you're seeing this problem! After you publish your course, are you testing it in an LMS environment? If you view an Articulate Storyline course on your local hard drive (or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive), you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail. To properly test your published content and share it with others, make sure to upload it to the environment for which it was published.
If you're testing in an LMS environment and still finding that some elements are missing, would you mind sharing your .story file here so we can take a closer look? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment in this thread.
