I have a requirement where if user navigates to page 10 from page 5, then the 'back' on page 10 should take him back to page 5. Similarly if he jumps to page 10 from page 3 and then the 'back' button on page 10 should take him to page 3.
If I'm understanding you correctly, you should be all set, because this is what SL does by default.
So, I'm viewing slide 5. On the menu, I click to go to slide 10. Then I click the Previous button. This brings me back to Slide 5. And the same is true for all slides.
If I'm misunderstanding, please do let us know and one of us will jump in with a further explanation.

Rebecca is correct the previous button at the moment is historic so will go back to the last viewed slide
Thanks Rebecca,
I tried your sugegstion and it just works perfectly well....
Ya Phil, button really seems historic, good for me
Can anyone suggest a way for the previous (or any button) to take the learner back to the slide just AFTER the previous slide?
learner answers a question, if correct jumps to a game, when done with game, want them to go to the next question. Thank you!
Hi Barbara,
I'm sure with variables and triggers, you could set this up.
If you could share your .story file that you're working on, I'm sure someone in the community would be able to assist you with your design.
