Google drive excel is not allowed by our company policy, will Microsoft forms be a possible substitute?

Dear Heroes,

From the community, I learned that it is possible to extract quiz answers in the background of a course. ( I used java scripts and docs google drive.) This worked out fine while testing.
However under "GDPR"regulation, our company cannot act under Google.
Might there be another way to get the data? For instance through Mirosoft forms?

Hope someone can help me out
