Graded Presentation

Jan 05, 2017

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help me with storyline2 presentation. When I import the graded presentation into the LMS, it lets the lerner complete the module unsuccessful. Is this something I can fix on articulate? Thanks

Hi Dahlia,

It may depend on what you're using as the tracking/completion requirement in the course, and then if your LMS is tracking completion and success (i.e. you completed the course cause you made it to the end, but your success of the quiz was below passing). Here's how to report success and completion, and a reminder about when Storyline is going to communicate completion.

Hi Ashley,

I have looked at and ensured I followed all of the steps however, in the
LMS, it is still allowing the module to go into the learners transcript
even though they have failed the quiz. I want it to stay on the enrollment
until the learner is successful.
Thank you for the response.

Hi Dahlia,

First, I wanted to let you know that responding via email includes your signature here and you're welcome to edit the post to remove that information if you'd like.

As for the transcript vs. enrollment pages, those are something specific to your LMS and not Storyline, so I'd have to defer to your LMS team for additional support on how to determine what the user will see. You could look at sharing which LMS you're using and perhaps there are others in the community who are using the same set up!

Hi Dahlia

I uploaded the course to Scormcloud and it works as expected. I went through the whole course first time including the quiz, clicked the retake quiz button and the results refreshed and I could click to answer the quiz questions second time around.

You can see from this image (menu) I had already visited all slides including the quiz and this was second time around - the quiz was ready to be answered again.
