I have a graded quiz using Question Banks. For each bank, I have it randomly choosing a certain number of questions from the draw. I have been through the quiz 4 times, and there are several questions it hasn't even pulled yet, and others it has pulled all 4 times. Is there a way to set the quiz so that it pulls all questions before it reuses multiple ones?
I am having another issue with the quiz. I have the quiz set to launch in a different window, but this is not happening, and when I click the Exit button, it closes the entire LMS. I have attached a screenshot of my settings. I first just clicked the first check box, but that did not work, so I clicked the other two to see if it would work; it did not.
I was able to fix the issue with the new window not opening. However, the assessment still does not give me all the questions before reusing others. Do you still want me to post a ticket or is this just part of Storyline? I feel like every issue I have, I am always posting a ticket and nothing has gotten fixed yet.
It's possible that Storyline will reuse some questions before getting to others when randomizing questions. If there are certain questions that you feel should be included in each random draw, you can set that for individual questions. However, if you feel like some questions just never make it into the random draw, we'd be interested in seeing why that be happening, so yes, please feel free to submit a case in that instance, and I'll follow through with it personally to see that it gets resolved.
As far as other cases you've opened that you feel have gone unresolved, are you able to share the case numbers with me so I can check on those?

Are you able to open a ticket and send us your file so we can get a closer look at what's going on?
