We're having a problem with Storyline and D2L (Brightspace) where the grade gets reset to "Zero" after a student has passed the quiz in Storyline. The score is fine in the gradebook until the student leaves the Storyline interaction and later returns. The grade is being Zeroed upon returning to the interaction.
I've recorded this video to show this happening. I've been in contact with Articulate support and they believe its a D2L setting. Has anyone else encountered this and know of a setting in D2L to fix this?
