Grading of a certain quiz

Jul 10, 2019

Hello heroes!

I have here a multiple-response quiz and have two sets of an answer.

Choices 1 to 5 and the "All of the above" choice.

Is it possible to grade to 0.2 for choices 1 - 5 to get a 1 full point or any workaround to get a full point?

Cheers!

Hi Mark,

Setting a score/point value by choice is only available for Multiple Choice, Word Bank, Freeform Pick One, and Freeform Hotspot questions. So you won't be able to apply it that to a multiple response question type. Within Storyline, there isn't an option for partial credit, so if you're using that question type you'll need to determine which answer(s) are correct and the learner will have to select all of them to be scored correctly.

I know the community has created some neat, custom examples using a freeform pick one that has the options offstage to track what a learner clicks on - so if you're able to share a copy of that slide here with folks that may get the ball rolling on sharing ideas for your setup!
