Granting Access to the Community to international e-learning staff

Hi E-Learning Heros Staff!
I have found this e-learning community so helpful and it has helped me to get a lot of ideas on design. I am leading two other new designers in development of an entrepreneurship series in Latin America, and they have tried to join the e-learning community, however, after they joined, a welcome email does not go to their inbox, and when they try to login, the message says invalid email.
Their names are Luis Alvarado and Jose Rafael Lopez Poveda and their emails are lalvarado@tns.org and jrlopez@tns.org. They work and live in Guatemala and Nicaragua, so maybe that's why they are having trouble accessing the community.
Could you check to see if you have them in your system and let us know how they can become involved in the community?

Sorry to hear about the issues your users are experiencing - can you have them email Support@articulate.com so that we're able to look up their accounts and share the information with them privately?
