Grayed out record mic under sound option Oct 24, 2013 By Mary OConnell The record mic...under sound is grayed out when I am in Articulate Storyline and cannot be selected as a recording option. My microphone is working, I have tested it several ways. Any solutions?

If you have and you're still unable to record while in Storyline, I'd suggest conducting a simple repair of your Storyline software.
