I am having trouble getting rid of gridlines when I preview and publish my Storyline course. I went to View and then Grid and Guides and made sure no boxes were checked, but when I preview and publish it shows the grids. Can anyone help me? What am I doing wrong?
The version I have is v3.40.22208.0 -- it looks like I might have to update (I will get with my IS team).
I attached an image of what the slides look like in preview and publish. Strange -- the lines look different than the normal grid lines. I have no idea what I did! LOL
We recommend staying up to date with the newest version of Storyline 360! However, there's one more place we can change these settings. Can you look at the Grids and Guidelines settings?
Here's a quick look:
These are the standard default settings. Can you look to see if you're using different settings? If so, just change them to look like these and then select Set as Default.
