I am doing screencasts, and Storyline outputs these large call outs with instructions what to do next based on what I was doing during the screencast. Great feature but the problem is these large call outs are bulky and cover a lot of the screen.cast., so i want to make the output 50% transparent. I have hundreds and hundreds of screens., so this is a substantial issue.
Questions:
1. Is it possible to do some kind of global format so all the text output is 50% transparent? I figured out how to change the color by working with the color themes, but I couldn't see how you could have a semitransparent color in the color theme.
2. Or better yet, is there a way to have the output come out transparent when I produce the screencast?

Hi Amy,
There isn't a way to change how they appear when you produce the screen recording as detailed here, but you can change them after the fact. You may want to look into using the Format painter to apply the transparency to each caption quickly.
