Would it be accurate to say that question groups in Quizmaker are equivalent (although not identical in all features and functions) to question banks in Storyline?
I think that's a fairly safe statement (as you said, given that not all features are identical), what I think makes the Question banks in Storyline different is that there is a bit more customization available to you there, and a lot of ways to work with the questions. Using question banks can also help you do cool thinks like a random branching quiz.
