As far as I know the grow animation grows from little to the set font size. I don't think you can specify from size A to size B, but you can control the speed it grows at. Then for the the movement the motion path animations should work. Take a look at Storyline 360: Adding Animations. Let us know how it goes and if the community can support you with anything else!
