I recently had to reinstall all my Articulate software after our corporate IT somehow automatically uninstalled it during some update.
I've gotten the Character 1 Bundle installed, but I'm relatively certain I also had the 2nd Bundle because I have courses created using characters from that bundle. In my emails with the registration keys I don't see one for the 2nd bundle.
Very confused here. Is it possible it was part of the package my company purchased somehow? Any Help?

Hi, Jonathon -- So sorry to hear of your troubles! You may want to try to repair Storyline and if they're still missing I'd look at reinstalling the character pack you purchased.
