Sorry, you're running into this! We're also noticing this on our end. It looks like the most recent Chrome update has affected the way the shape effects render. (Chrome Version 87.0.4280.66) We've logged this as a bug on our end to keep an eye on a fix. We'll keep you updated if there is a fix we can ship on our end. The current workaround is to return to a previous Chrome version.

I have content published using Storyline 3 which does not show this shadow issue. The same content published using Storyline 360 has this effect....

Thanks for chiming in with this clarification! That's correct, this error is only appearing in Storyline 360, not Storyline 3.

Storyline 360 Update 48 is here: We fixed the issue where shadow and glow effects stopped working in Google Chrome and chromium-based Microsoft Edge.
