Hand cursor not showing on hovering default player resources and glossary button

Hello Saukath!

I've done a quick test in Storyline 3, and I'm seeing the hand cursor when hovering over the resources and glossary button. 

After publishing your file to CD, did you double-click the Launch_Story.exe file to launch it?

If so, would you mind sharing your published file so I can do some testing on my side?

Please find attached the Sample published file. I kept only one slide, even though the hand cursor is not appearing on hovering these buttons. The resources and glossary button placed at the left side bar. Please let me know any idea to fix this.
